in your video you can see that your totems do not use the power charges you gain 6 and kept them. i made a break from the game and playing now for couple of weeks but earlier it wasnt possible to share your charges with the totems

try it yourself, gain the power charges and open your character screen and see the difference between 6 power charges and no power charges and the difference in dmg and crit.

you dont share power charges with your totem.

the totem is the extension of you.

u gain p charges your totem gets the bonus as well.

You suggest to go dual totems at cruel fellshrine, is that a guess or did you test that? I doubt that it would work out. I had huge dmg problems with only the totem so i leveled the ice spear gem, now its ok, i freeze a lot of mobs so the totem can actually hit them. With only a 4 link and without reduced duration it takes ages till the storm call goes off, gems arent max lv yet ofc, therefore i have less aoe range, less dmg due to low faster casting gem.
I currently have 5 power charges and try to keep them up all the time, its ok when solo, but in groups, when the mobs have some more hp, my storm call dmg is really disapointing.

What works very well is the defense, with all those ES nodes (though i concentrated more on dmg lately) and those zombies + totem its really easy to survive. Though those zombies get 1 shot by every mob with elemental dmg, i consider using shoes or gloves for them and add minion resis gem.


I hope this will get better at higher lvs when i can equip some better gear, for leveling at least its a bit slow.


use a comination of fire traps. are you doing dual curse at the moment ? if not u should spec towards dual curse.

I think I should make a passive geared towards dual curse in my guide. So at least you guys know how to spec it before u get windscreams :)

it is not a must to get q gems, but it is highly recommended.

farm for some chaos or trade for some gcps.

at least get a q10 storm call.

quality faster casting will be difficult to get , but please try to get that.

works very well with storm call.

storm call is basically the new spork in away :)

yah it seems to be the new sprotk. im going to test it with my old dual totem witch with new config: life build, as usual 4 curses, 2 at the same time at least(temp chains+enffeble; crit+ele weakness); 5L soul mantle (i hope the lvl 14 totems will survive long enough)
storm call+reduced duration+added cold damage+faster casting+ele prolifiration if i ould get a 6L then increased area of effect. also 3 zombies per snapshot in a 6 link weapon with mini life+mini damage+multi+life leech+cast on death.

Two RIP's with this build at lvl 55 so far, both to Storm Bringers on Cruel .

I have to do some modifications to adapt it better for nemesis otherwise ill be hard again.

Anyway, i love this build, cant play any other anymore. LOL

I take life nodes first while leveling and left shield nodes for last, then i can remove life nodes and put point where you already did.
