"Leaked" patch notes and concerns over changes

You completely missed my point.

I will be leeching hp from a hp leech gem. Turning that into ES from GR + possibly Vaal Pact. This will create an even more OP build than before. Massive dmg = massive amount of leech. Considering my high ES values, this equates to a massive amount of leech per second. With Vaal pact, ill only be getting the bonus, as I cannot regen or
suse hp pots anyways.

Since chaos dmg goes to ES. Which is a huge change. This affects chaos dmg maps. A high IIQ map.mod that is also common.

The build isn't as OP as having CI because you would need to spend points on HP nodes to survive chaos damage. And if you are so worry about damage dont take a lot of ES nodes and use GR as you said. And if you want to avoid chaos damage just reroll the map. It's not possible for a character to be able to take on any map. If they are then the character is OP and there will be a nerf.

Although life can be regenerated and leeched, you cant survive on life alone. You also need to get a few armor and or evasion nodes to be successful. The nodes adds up. Unlike for ES, you just have to worry about getting as much as possible. You can always kite the mobs as you wait for your ES to heal.

This is completely same for life based ranged characters except they can also use life flasks and life regeneration. Damn, Kripp uses a life based ranged character and does more then fine

CI was never OP, end game gear with huge ES is what gave CI its bad reputation. Also CI is mostly used by ranged characters and is compared to life builds that are mostly used by melee characters. And melee is weaker then ranged for far more reasons then CI.

GGG is making a big mistake by nerfing CI but not nerfing end game gear or buffing melee. This will solve nothing. People are still not going to play melee as much.

As for dual totems, I agree with that nerf (summoners also need a nerf but they got another penalty, they cannot play with others as they lag the game in groups). Any build that can work too well without needing good items needs a nerf. But the nerf is done in a wrong way.
They need to make totems reserve mana and a lot and balance it that way.

You just don't get it, so I will stop explaining.
While you're over here, try out a double downer from KFC: 2 fried chicken paddies with cheese and bacon in the middle of them, both dripping with grease!
