1) Does item quantity and item quality gems work with righteous fire?
2) Is Belly of the beast a cheap alternative to kaom's heart? If it is, is it better than Carcass Jack?

As for a physical low life RF damage build I think it REALLY would be a challenge to make it work ;)

Ok after the last respec I didn't like the results. The life and defences lost will be needed in higher maps so I just respecced out of it. From the beginning I wanted as much life and physical reduction as possible because we have to be in melee range and boy now we get some serious physical damage reduction. I'm still fine tunning the gear, will post a complete update tomorrow :)
