Gotta say, I'm impressed. Most companies wouldn't bother with an explanation. 45 minutes of downtime is nothing though, people have no idea how difficult a software deployment can be.

Thank you for the information, I find this information policy really impressing. I am working in an IT environment of a hospital (where they have lot's of mission critical 24/7 systems) and if a patch of a certain software fails, they never release such detailled information (actually many companies tend to put the blame on somebody or something else). Not to speak of other gaming companies...
