Incident Report for 1.0.2 deployment downtime

You guys are awesome. I'm happy to support such an amazing company!
Good job GGG... Shit happens , but adressing issues so quickly and with such level of transparency could only be appreciated.

Lotta words, I'm surprised people complained over it honestly. Just glad you guys are on the ball.
Thanks for the report, Jonathan. Definitely a stellar example of transparency provided by GGG.

Certainly reminds me of personally of the days where I had to write up an incident report to account for system outages within my previous job. The measures taken, the corrective steps to be taken henceforth and detailed minute-by-minute breakdown (certain situations down to the actual second) had to be given in complete accuracy for what amounted to be less than 10 minutes of downtime.

Except I only had to submit this report to my direct superiors/client, not my entire organisation and userbase in the form of a public letter. This would probably fly over many peoples' heads when it comes to trying to parse the contents of the document, but I certainly appreciate it from a professional standpoint.
I think you are being too hard on yourself! Even 46 minutes downtime for a patch is better than most other companies. Good read though, an interesting insight into GGG workings.
Thank you so much for this post. You didn't have to and went out of your way to do so, awesome.
