still doesnt beat immortal dragon "tanking" skills with only 4/5k hp instead of ur 8/9k :)
from what i can see in you videos ur tanking abilities is to have enouph hp to not get oneshoted? and life leech to full before the next big hit? that not "tanking" :o thats what most ppl do. if you want to tank, then you are suposed to not get damaged (block/parry/dodge/immunity etc)
but grantz on the 9k hp.
Can some please confirm this, I have a hard time comprehending what I've read.

what did you not understood? i clearly explained that having enouph hp to get hammered right and left and not dieing is not tanking. basicaly what you are doing/other ppl do is heal more than the damage you receive. if you want to call that "tanking" then like i said you should not get damaged using block/parry/dodge/immunity etc.

What is parry? You stated block and dodge, where does parry come?
What immunity are you talking about?
I heal my life, he heals his energy shield, please, don't embarrass yourself.

-parry = blocking with your weapons = dual wielding block*
-immunity can be immortal call for ex vs phisical hits.
- do you know why he heals hes shield? cause he is block capped. even if he doesnt use aegis he still blocks 60%+of the incoming dmg (phi and spell).
for a lvl 94 you should know those things.

He is tanking though. Having high hp is part of being a tank.
There is different defenses to assist "tanking" including high hp, high block, high evasion, high armor, immortal call, arctic armor, endurance charges, blinding enemies... usually a combination of those things.

Why do you state parry with block if it's the same, as I pointed out?
I am using Immortal Call, which can also be seen, unfortunately, I have found out some things about "Vaal smash" which I also explained before.
I know why he heals his ES, now you tell me why is that "real tanking" and my tanking with healing my Life "untanking".
I don't use AA and I block phys/spell, so, what is your point?
-----------
@MGTopgun
I still haven't seen a video of someone from HC even attempting to do these kind of rolled maps.
And I am all for not doing these things in HC, because, as it can be seen in these few videos, desync is devastating and the reward is nonexistent.
And please, keep your combat exiting crap out of this thread, real players.

-because shield block and dual wielding block passives are diferent things, thats why i talk about them separately (block and parry)
-your way of tanking reminds me of warcraft druid healers that stack HP.. they can "tank" because they have enough hp to not die in a single burst and enough heal to get back up.
-my point is that you almost died more then 20times (i counted every time you went under 5k hp, long live king kaoms!)
seems like ur "tank" build doest have enough "defenses" to be called "tank".

Which is a form of tanking.

Since he is playing reckless. A max block build could have died many times before he did.

A bold statement. What exactly has enough defenses to tank those map bosses? I run a max block build, it isn't exactly magical.
