Yes it is, I'm usually constantly under IC when I'm in a party and there are 2-3 dick mods, all 6 on me = life varies from 70%-100% the whole time.

Although, -max affects them all, since they have all elemental damage, each one his own.

Spark totems are crap, Lightning Warp dealt most damage, especially when I couldn't use Topaz Flasks then.
