nor is a correctly used word, it is the negation of "or"
as in "it is either A or B" and "it is neither A nor B"
or in this case it is (neither) spell damage, (nor) attack damage.

I thought that referred to only gems which specifically had "on hit" in the name; gems such as Life Gain on Hit, Curse on Hit, etc.
Leech is on-hit effect, and resistance penetration too. So you can't leech nor penetrate with burning damage.

No, you are actually wrong. The game is way harder now than it was back then (sure Hailrake doesn't throw 3 projectiles in normal difficulty any more, but seriously that's something you learned the first time you encountered him, nothing hard about it).

Will Concentrate Effect work with Poison arrow now? And I assume LMP will reduce it's dps now too?

Agree. It is magnitudes easier, but a whole different meta. The drawback to AoF was no cold resists, and it was OP.
