If one has Fireball supported by Elemental Proliferation and Concentrated Effect, does the multiplier from Concentrated Effect increase the damage dealt from burns that proliferate?

you do realize the duration will most likely scale with level, increasing and decreasing accordingly? if not in conjunction with reduced duration lowering the delay to about 0.875 at reduced gem level 17 alone if the number is always 1.5

not to mention the fact that people aren't stupid(apparently not an entirely true so im being told) they will aim ahead of the mob? or find a way around the fast moving mobs? maybe not say using 1 skill throughout the entire game and expect good results 100% of the time?

you really need to do research before you make completely false statements. im already planning 2 builds with it. you sound like the thoughtless child that said no one would use short allocation or free for all allocation when they were introduced because permanent was more "efficient".
(statistics show FFA = Low usage, Short A >= Perm A in usage for those that dont notice)

Im not sure how DOTs will work for all skills but ADDERS TOUCH will be as useless as it is now regardless of the changes it will still be a 1 second dot thats refreshed not stacked by further applications of its self and is chaos damage.

Adder's touch gives you 66% critical multiplier - the power of whole crit multiplier cluster in just one passive! Sorry, but adder's touch and useless are incompatible words.

I know its a huge pain,But any way you could give us a small example with say a few gems

say fireball + %chance to ignite =X , + added burning dmg% = , XXX base = end result? dot

any chance we can see some kind of example like this?
i just hope my explosive arrow build will not suck after the patch because GGG need to adjust the burn damage to the new changes. Players dont have alot of fire damage, compared to Fire-caster builds, with an EA build :/
