If i'm not mistaken, Searing Bonds dmg can be increased by a significant amount now right?
And if Iron Grip doesn't work with Poison Arrow the buffs aren't all that big tbh. Calculate all the projectile dmg nodes in the tree that would be viable to get on a build and add them to the poison arrow debuff and the dmg still ain't viable (at all) for late game.

One day.. I'm going to main Poison Arrow. But today is not that day.

there already was one, you could already deal upto 7500 burning damage with them if u used a searing touch, took every burning node, burning gem, and both cursed your enemy with flame and used EE to make them fire weak. all this patch did was up that damage into the 10k+ zone maybe even 15k+ if u repeat all of what i did. just gotta overlap those totems beams for the damage, or gem em close to you.

I don't quite get this. If I use EA with LMP, Fire Pen, Increased Burning Damage and Chance to Ignite, will the damage be more than before the patch or less? Should be more because of Fire Pen applying to burn, right?
No mention if culling strike will work with degeneration now?

lets see now, projectile nodes + aoe nodes if i can. add a concentrated aoe + vuln curse for that 40% increased dot, add a nice +2 to bow gems bow, maybe an enhance if im lucky. maybe link it to a mine if im feeling ballsy. wonder if projectile weakness applies even. hmmm? im sorry did you saying something? i was too busy adding up all the new possible nodes that the gem just got. leads to about 3-4k ball park of dot in that poison cloud not including if its receiving mine buffs.

oh look you could even add shock to the mix if you bother to figure out how. it ramps that upto maybe 4-6k then? and thats only calculating using a level 18 gem with the +2 bow modifer.

Since theres an 88.8 difference between 19 and 20 gem, add that 2(from bow)- 4(with empower) more times at least to get an estimated poison arrow output at gem 20

viable and effective, 2 different words, this ones semi effective if you build right. hope that re inflates your bubble.
