1) yes
2) I used IS last in open beta with my Sporky dual (and many PCs), think it didn't freeze mobs even on crits. Check videos to see if it still does or test :)
3) no, don't use clarity when you equip soul mantle. The only thing that makes you immune to curses are flasks... such as
make me curse-immune for 20-25 seconds depending on how many totems and curses I spam and never let it regenerate my mana to full. I also have an "emergency"-flask crafted,
, you see why when you need that immunity :D
4) cold snap is useful. What is even more useful is the Frost Wall, since it firstly separates the mob from you (wall summon knocks back the mob) and it blocks projectiles (like the titty bitches or arrows from archer's mobs). I use two frostwalls, but also did try with coldsnaps.. frostwalls win.

sorry if i sound like a troll or a idiot and am being annoying but im extremely new and ive dont know what a triple arc totem is i know what arc the spell is but whats a arc totem?
and is dual curse just a spell?

Arc is the spell
when u link that spell with a gem called Spell totem, you dont cast Arc, but you cast a totem that does cast Arc.

With the passive "Ancestral Bonds" you can summon up to two totems, with the Unique Chest "Soul Mantle" you're able to summon up to three totems at once. All will cast Arc.

Double curse is two permanent curses in this build. You need two more of those passive points (curses never expire + 1 additional curse per enemy possible).

i wanted to do a triple arc totem build so badly, but i thought the dps would be too low. i thought the 50% less dps on the arc spell gimped it when you compared it to other spells with full support gems?

so i made the decision to level up a triple ice spear totem build instead. but i hope you prove me wrong and the triple arc build is the way to go!

do you have any idea on how the dps of triple arc is compared to triple ice spear totems?
Currently level 70 with this build for my scion, died a couple time due to really stupid mistakes, but overall alright. This build is shit without soul mantle, I made a mistake and didnt have enough fusing when trying to get a 5L, ended up with only 3L instead so I tried another armor for the time being, and my clearing time just plummeted. Totems died way too fast and I couldn't summon skeleton fast enough to take on aggro. It's all good now that I have at least 4L to work with, but I want to have my passive tree looked at, and possible recommendation on how to fix it, if it needs to be fixed.


I use up about 110 points, which is quite a lot and I probably won't get there anytime soon, but it is the "final" tree for now. I want to run 3 auras, purity of elements, discipline and probably determination to be a bit more tanky, but it might not be worth it since I don't have much armor to begin with, so those mana reservation reduction nodes might be removed. I want some utility out of this build, and movement speed is always a plus, so I thought why not? Although I really need to rack up more ES, since I only have 1.7k right now even with discipline because I'm also wearing IIQ uniques like Sadima, Perandus and Goldwyrm.

Hi, thanks. I'll definitely add you for some group gaming but I'll have to gear n level up cos I'm still a bit squishy at the moment. Need more resistances and ES ^_^
Why all the crit?

It feels a so useless with only 4% base chance. I've taken only doom cast and my dps is pretty low, only about 1k on one totem. Is anybody using stone of lazhwar with rainbowstrides and rathpith globe by the way? I just equipped it and i should be able to block some spells now
