[VIDEO Updates]CI Witch - Storm Call/Triple Arc Totem + dual curse build guide

Heya, just wanted to check in and share my experiences with this build.

Sorry in advance for the wall of text :P

So, i play nemesis and i recently reep'd on my CoC discharger. I had an old discarded ice totem witch so i figured i wanted to make somthing out of her, i thought that an arc build with soul mantle would be fun to try, so i theory crafted a bit on that and found this thread soon after.

And all i can say is HOLY SHIT, this shit is so legit!, very fun and very viable even on nemesis with fairly "low" survivability. - Even the somewhat shady soul mantle which people usually declare a rest in piss item on nemesis is working like a peach. Just strap on at least 3 curse immune pots and you basically turn that scary self-curse spam into curse immunity 50% of the time :)

Another note is that this build can be done very cheap, the gear i am running currently is pretty budgetty, and im certain it can easily be done even cheaper.

I am currently running with my buddy who plays a summoner witch (with 250 item rarity) and this combo.. Man that is even more brutal. We are absolutely obliterating almost all lvl 70+ maps. Just sitting comfortably behind the massive meatwall of death and see hordes of creeps disintegrate in seconds :D. My friend is doing the cursing with ele weakness +1, which is nice since i can swap out deodres/whispers of doom and concentrate on stacking power charges and whatnot. Plus stacking a buttload of auras. Can certainly recommend this combo, we are diffenently rolling this for the new ladder :)

my spec is currently basically OP's with minor modifications (currently lvl 76):

I am thinking about working my way over and re-adjusting some points to go over to the block section with bulwark for some nice es and block, spellblock since my damage is already off the roof.

This is my current gear:

The deodre's is for solo play, where i also theorise to replace CWDT chain with some beefier zombies.
My next would obviously be rainbowstride, I am also considering both Divinarius and The Taming.

A sidenote is that, i guess its partially because of the spec but i had such an easy time reaching max res for some reason. I am even unintentionally way overcapped ^^

Any feedback / suggestions is welcome :)

And +1 OP, absolutely AWSOME build. Thanks for sharing!
Hey Seby, great build and I've been really enjoying it (took my triple arc witch to Lvl 80 for my first 80+ character). Wondering how bad this has been affected by the new update before I respec points. Anyone here running this with the new patch and still having great results? Thanks again for the great build, its been one of my favs.
Does this build still work well after the patch? This build looks interesting but does it work since I dont want to lvl another char to 70 then find out the patch killed this setup also.
This thread has been updated with Storm Call version!

Please see first post!

Yes it does. Both original and Storm Call version are efficient.
However I recommend the Storm Call version over the arc one.

Hello friend (:

I was wondering If I could run 2 totems instead of 3? Would this build still work? As I dont want to use soul mantle because of the curse and low ES.

Yes you can.
You can see it like this. Triple totem is max offensive on Totem builds. Whoever designed Soul Mantle probably needed more offence on his totem build. In order to balance things, the curse and low ES has been put into place.
With 2 totems you will not have the offensive power offered by soul mantle however, you will be able to be a lot more beefier in terms of ES.

The difference between dmg output is quite big actually if you take into account that you have the totem without losing one gem slot on Soul Mantle. But yes... those curses are a pain in the ass sometimes.

It comes down to your play style. I have seem very nice dual totem builds with Storm Call that use traps for additional dmg for example.

Cheers!

Hey,
Great guide! I'm currently leveling a toon in ambush to play this.
What are your thoughts on bandits? point/CS/PC? I'm not really experienced with power charges, so not sure if it's the reward is worth it.

Thanks

Thanks!
Get the skill points. :)
Only get Power Charges if you wanna go all out on them and not dual curse.
