Actually, I'd suggest switching to zombies and freezing pulse around lvl 80. Doing lvl 72 maps at lvl 73 no prob using lmp/spear and spectres with gmp.

Hi I run a very similar build to your spectre variation, but I use zombies as meat shield instead of skeletons, and 3x fire trap instead of a mix of traps. I got only 1k hp and 400 es. I am near the end of act 3 merciless at lvl 62, doing ok but would like to die a bit less.
My question to you is should I use skeletons instead of zombies? Also, what kind of defensive stats (hp, es, ar, etc) is optimal around my level? my build/gears can be found here http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/236216 thanks! | |

" I have about 2500 ES at lvl 70 with CI. Though my gear is pretty far behind my level. Been using everything I have trying to link my chest. |

Not sure if it has been asked before..but should i link my spectres with GMP as well?..and any thoughts on how to expand the passive tree beyond lvl 74?..i am 2 levels away from reaching what was shown on the guide..Thanks!

Yes you should absolutely link spectres to GMP, without that they're pretty mediocre.
As for where to go, to my mind there are two basic options. Option one, go for the second body and soul circle, and pick up some of the other templar tree goodies while you're there. Option two, go for more damage, crit, and crit multiplier. I'm not sure one is clearly better than the other. The first option gets you an additional: 60% mana regen 8% mana -7% spell mana cost 44% ES 20% resist all 41% elemental damage 19% spell damage 15% cast speed The second option gets you an additional: 40% mana regen 15% elemental damage 19% spell damage 24% projectile damage (no benefit to trap damage) 18% cast speed 85% crit chance 80% crit multiplier Last edited by magicrectangle#3352 on Mar 10, 2013, 6:06:18 AM
