yea desync was strong for me

I need to figure out what others are doing - unless it was trading, because I went full speed and had pretty good gear and still ended up way down the ladder :(

Had really bad luck finding ledge, I think I was level 6.5 by the time the first person hit 8.

Got really lucky finding two alchs pre-Brutus. Alch'd this while running through rocky climb. Only had one medium flask by Brutus, however.



Only had one coral ring for brutus as far as HP goes, so only had like 140 hp. But that doesn't really matter for non-turbo if you're good.

Poison arrow really shines in this kind of race. Also being a ranger and able to avoid the tar pools.

Died while trying to farm a bit on Rocky climb at lvl 7. LFMF, climb is not safe at lvl 7 with only one coral ring.

Greatly enjoyed devmoon's stream.

Hmm interesting format.

I did 2 stupid mistakes during the race first was buying a short bow but not equipping him vs brutus~ 2min loss and not grabbing the merv wp(2min loss again)

Additional 4 minutes come from stupid passage levels where I completly got lost in dead ends 2 times.




A deciding mistake was to deceide to level at merv levels.( too long low density dead ends)

I might have end up slightly higher if I had decided to kill merv and level in forest or river crossings to 10 minutes.

On normal I might try a glasscannon build next time to reach filled act2 zones, those will definetly end up with lvl 16-17, while farming coves for 25 minutes will end up in lvl 15.

of course i found hminors in a 1 hour race...

Same, i got a godle 2h axe and yet did lvl 11.25 (died right before the end)

Skipping a lot of content ? Not doing any quests beside 1-2 for skills at the very beginning ?

Stupid death 6 minutes into the race, but managed to grab 5th place Witch. First time, so happy. :D

I hope we get more races on weekdays, not only leading up to OB, but also after. I always work weekends, so sad to miss out on one of the most fun things in this game. :)
