Thats not even funny Dime, everytime I watch anyones stream I get sick from the drops and map placement I see them get.

I had some of the worst maps you can get, upper prison I had to run the entire dang thing, I got a alch and a chaos though. Thanks in part to a large chest in lower, but agian wasted so much time runnin around trying to find the next level. Used both on a maul, one has a little attack speed, and then ended with 20% IPD, nothing great at all. Still better thena white maul, but ariving at brutus probably 10 minutes later then practice runs and I promply get slammed right off the bat before even getting into melee range, like wtf!? Desynce the whole race, then that.

Well dont really matter, the amount of time wasted in maps was a instant lose anyway. Had to buy almost all the gear I had as usual, just sucks to be me.

First time in a couple of months I had serious desync issues in a race.
Stopped streaming after 15 mins because I thought that could be the cause, but it wasn't.
Finally died in ship-graveyard after rubberbanding back into the same mobgroup twice (no obstacles nearby) and then getting stuck in an endless whirling blade-animation which teleported me through the map borders while dieing.

Hopefully there will be another 1h race because the format is refreshing :-).

I died really early to some blue rhoas with extra cold damage. It didnt help that there were no coral rings at the vendor, so my hp was really low.

2nd death in upper submerged, desync next to a cold witch. I guess it didnt help that I wasnt able to get a coral ring this time either.

Well.. failure of crazy strat. I tried not getting cold resis node but then I decided against farming coves rushed to merveil he literally had 1 hit left at 42 minutes (first form) and I had no more heatlh charges or portal scrolls. Was sure he would die before I did but I was wrong...

If only I went to cavern of anger to get a few kills and came back wouldve still had a crazy time and with my skill build wouldve leveled so fast........ or if the damn game would drop me portal scrolls. I had only one when I got to merveil and only enough stuff to sell to get 1 more.

Well...that was my first race and it was pretty fun! I don't have the experience necessary to know how to race effectively. Sadly, just died at level 11 :( Oh well! Good race and nice event (even if I can't compete with many people).

didnt get enough wisdom scrolls/rings to attempt merv, grats to those who succeeded in progressing to act2, and for those who won their first demis, grats all the more! :)

Going lvl 8 into coves wasn't probably the best idea :o
I also had a couples of speed yellows that forced me to reset the map twice
16th overall, I expected a bit better as I felt pretty good, had decent dps gear

Well that was stupid. I entered a portal at level 12 and it took forever to load, eventually I could hear my character getting attacked. When I finally got to town it said in global chat that I had died. A lot of the items in my inventory had disappeared and I lost a bunch of experience, and the town portal to coves closed, but I was still in the league. I was rolled back a couple minutes though. Since I didn't have any waypoints I had to run back to coves from prisoners gate. I ''died'' at position 11 on the ladder and ended the race at position 44.

Hey, I'm really glad you guys started hosting these things. 1 hour is perfect for people with an attention span like mine. I haven't played PoE in a while and made a lot of mistakes, so I came in pretty far behind at level 11, but I still enjoyed it a lot. My only question is why only now and not earlier. :P
