Why Ice Nova and no cold Snap? Isn't Coldsnap better in terms of dmg and utility?

Yeah, Cold Snap could potentially be nice if you get multiple traps, but for a single cast trap you get more mileage from an Ice Nova. Like Arkon's stated before, you mostly use the Ice Nova for Elemental Equilibrium rotation, since neither chilled or frozen helps the build so much.

Sorry I haven't been around the last week or so. Holiday season being a pain in the ass! Seems any questions that were asked were answered by some that are just as experienced with the build as I am, so all is good.

Smerte has suggested it might not be the best use of three points and I wanted to get a second opinion before I spend any respec points. Also was a little curious what you ended up deciding on for points 86-90. Also I wanted to confirm that in a 5 link conc effect is better than increased burning damage. Oh and I don't know if you have seen yet but they're adding DoT passives. Some might be within easy reach. Will be interesting to see if they're worth getting. " I think Nullification is VERY worth it. Granted they would be probably the last three points I would spend in this build, 83-85. As for my plan for the next 5 levels. I was thinking something along the line of spending the next two points on the EV/ES nodes at nullification because the far left one adds 10% each. The rest would be HP nodes, probably all the way thru 100. As for DoT passives, I doubt it. Unless they add an ungodly amount of damage per passive point, you have to remember we're right next to two points of 9% trap damage each, which would translate 1:1 directly with whatever the new DoT nodes are. The other thing, the DoT passives only help the damage of a fraction of our damage. Shock nova, Ice Nova, and Fire Traps direct damage would all see no benefit of the DoT passives, only if Fire Trap ignites.
