ofc it is, making builds that exploit broken stuff is a priority.

I think ggg did not consider all aspect of trigger gems carefully. And that is perfectly fine, I mean its quite easier and more fruitful if 100k people consider them compared to few ggg employes. I am glad trigger gems were released, and I am sure they will be fixed some day.

We need more builds like these so trigger gems are fixed. Imo this build is perfectly fine only the EK + EK + EK part bugs me. It should not be allowed to link same skill gem so that it works. Like with support gems, it should stand for trigger gems + skill gems (only one of a kind skill gem per trigger gem). Other than that trigger gems need either a cooldown or mana cost or something like that.

Ok, ive tried this build so far so i can throw in my 2 cents...

First of all its very boring to play up to middle of act3 of merciless.
Second you wil ALLWAYS run out of mana in two seconds and its disgusting. By the way i have 4% mana leech from build and gear.

And completely unviable in endgame. I even cant kill Dominus in his first fase because of oneshot by his bugs or fist strike.

I have 75% allres, 2k life, 65%(!!!) crit chance and around 3k armor.

First of all i noticed if you use cyclone without multistrike you will crit EXTREMELY rare. It good only for farming Piety, killing her in 6-20 seconds. With multistrike its afwul in group of mobs because your character start to dance around the screen randomly and you cant control it and mana runs out so fast so you need at least three bottles using constantly (remember i have 4% leech?).

With spectral throw crits comes a little bit often. If you use spectral throw against single target you will crit extremely rare also (remember i have 65% crit chance?)

And the last killer is desync. You will be desynced 90% of time and its makes playing almost impossible.

p.s. oh and i forgot to mention its 100% dying on reflects guarantee even in small packs.

To the person asking about point blank. No PB doesn't affect Ek because it is a spell. PB only affects attacks. If you were dead set on using a bow quill rain would be the way to go for attack speed. But the crit chance on bows are only5% base. Much higher to use daggers. I already tried.

Im only level 61 and my damage output is insane, but yes I am very glassy.

in regards to the multistrike, you're right and wrong.
multistrike for me is bad because of only one thing... the desync.
the desync is managable if you dont spam your attack key... unfortunately feels to unco for me.

a nice way to use multistrike is to use mouse1 to move and mouse2 to cyclone
you can hold mouse1 and then ontop of, use mouse2 to attack only holding or clicking once
that will help with MS desync. if you use cyclone with MS on mouse1 you're asking for trouble.

losing your multistrike isnt a problem for crits near lv65+ because you should be over 75% crit chance... or nicely at end game ...95% crit chance + 95% chance to hit - without multistrike

other options are....
Cyclone - CoC - EK - EK - Mana Leech - Increased Crit Strike Chance
Cyclone - CoC - EK - EK - Mana Leech - Cast on Melee
Cyclone - CoC - EK - EK - Mana Leech - Faster Attacks (havn't tested)

the first two will save you MASSIVE amount of mana.

as for physical reflect... yep as mentioned.. it is the downside to this build
not sure anyway around it apart from checking enemy magic before you yolo

sorry man, that wasn't what i meant. in this build, the OP uses 3 different CoDT chains. 2 of which are linked with 2 EKs. the recent nerf put a 250ms CD on CoDT. does that CD affect all your CoDT gems, or just the 1 that is activating?

ie.
1. you take damage
2. CoDT 1 triggers
3. global CD on all CoDT gems

or
1. you take damage
2. CoDT 1 triggers and gets a CD
2. CoDT 2 triggers and gets a CD
2. CoDT 3 triggers and get a CD

i'm wondering how much these CoDT-EK chains are actually doing after the nerf. with so many EKs its pretty hard to tell if they are, and how many are, being cast with CoDT.
Even 250ms the dmg taken of 440 its easy to trigger it in all ur gems, so still there is no problem here.

I have one now at lvl 70... resis are -60, -9, -60, -60....

I don't have much problems in all of merciless - except if I take ele damage... the three bandits were easy done.... merveil and vaal also (once killed by lightning, once he hit me)....

if I could get resis up it should work well in Imperial Gardens+ I think

there is if the 250ms CD is global and stops EKs from going out, which is my question.
