I use spectral throw for maps and cyclone for piety runs. I feel cyclone is better for smaller rooms then open maps.

I think this will be my finishing build, u can get the mana leech if u need.

After, I looked at the build, I have a question. Why you do not take Point Blank for your EK? all your targets usually are very close. Would be the passive very useful?

build isn't viable at endgame, but prob fun early and midgame. good job :)

u forget we use tabula, think if we got a 6l ;) with armor / evasion / life / res

After testing it, this build works really well with Reave when leveling. I find spectral throw somewhat inappropriate for this build as the range of Spectral Throw compared to your knives is much less. With Reave and Multistrike, it works like wonders as you have quite a big frontal AOE and you are sitting close to the opponents which makes all of your EK hit the mob you are facing.

Another thing I found is that using Point Blank with the multistrike combo on bosses works very well too, as you do 50% more damage at the cost of 1 of the EK gem.

my thoughts is point blank would be good to use up until maybe level 60
if you want to spec out of it later in game? is it worth it?


I think reave is bad because the good thing about spectral throw is that it shares alot of the passive nodes and multipliers that you need for your EK

eg, projectile damage nodes

kris daggers are the best, you know you can get a suffix stat for crit chance!!
global crit chance
attack speed
spell damaga
crit chance

I was using my (mid-high dps) daggers because my EK gems were still low and needed a little more DPS on my cyclone to compensate for my weak EK. Im converting to full kris with spell today

No, point blank only works with projectile attacks and EK is a projectile spell.

is this good dagger to use on this build?
