yea the Cast on Crit is the key component of this build.
I guess maybe we can use a combination of EK and some other spells to avoid reflection? For example, EK + Ice Spear, FP, Fire Ball, Cold Snap, and so on.

Well, obviously, ST + GMP will be a better choice, so that those spells will spread wider.

Cold Snap still has a cool down even when it's linked with CoC I think.. at least the cool down applies when used with CwDT.

Just found Maligaro's last night... should improve crits even more.... :)

after reading this guide im really thinking about making this build! seems pretty amazing!

Many comments here are about mana problems and leeching. I guess if you cast Warlords Mark on dmg taken (instead of crit weakness), you can leech much more! this should definately help! On top of that you may get endurance charges to help out in the survivability and resists

It is a fun build. Started off with 2x Redbeak and Cleave and a Tabula Rasa, 1x Kaoms Ring und once the other ring and Sidhebreath amu and Wurm's Molt belt...

Haven't had much mana problems. somewhere in lvl 40 I then switched over to Cyclone, Ungil's and Mightfly and still use that :) of curse I replaced Redbeak in between :)
have there been any "agreed upon improvements to the build since the start of this or should we be sticking to the first post for the build?

Just trying to make sure i shouldnt be going for any other items or taking a different path through the passives!

GG just as i started leveling this.
Following the build this far.

I just lack resistances... need to swap Tabula Rasa some time for a 5L/6L armour (once I find one) and get more resis on other gear also.

well, then i guess this will FUC* up the most OP builds arround here... this means, if you want to cast a curse lvl 10 your codt will have to be a higher lvl, so you take more dmg and can cast less curses.

lets see how it will work...
now That cwdt is less effective is this build still going to be effective?
