Hmm... I have 75.0 crit chance (without charges). If you have 76.2 w/o charges as well then the only issue that I can think of is the amulet. What if you replace purity with a spell like fireball? Might give a bit more charges.

I will try to run without Voll's Devotion for some time and post the results here. Here is what I'll use instead of it:

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I got Shavronne's Revelation ring a couple weeks ago which boosted survivability. Over 300 ES per second passive regeneration and more total ES.

EDIT2: Ok, so I'll recklessly run these 3 maps without Voll's amulet and post back if I RIP. It will count as a test :):

EDIT4: Done. The three maps cleared. No RIPs, not even close calls (ES drops to 2-3k). The runs were just slower sometimes. So it might be the Shavronne's ring or gem levels/quality or some gear differences overall. Or talent tree (you didn't post it). Or you are trying some really hard content like tanking hardest bosses. Finally please double check CwDT-linked gem levels in case some of them are overlevelled and do not proc.

I also recorded raw video footage of these map runs and plan to make video, add a Voll's Devotion availability disclamer and add a paragraph about all this to the first post. I plan to do it as a 1.0.5 update - don't have time now.

Lvl 78





Just duo'd with my friend and face tanked the lvl 78 Courtyard map rare/chiseled (forgot exact stats)...no deaths extremely fast...loving this character so much. I die very rarely.....Also this map is known to be bugged which caused 2 lvl 95+ deaths last night on nemesis...so it hints at how awesomely strong this build is....

the only map mods you CANNOT run is if it has BOTH ele reflect / negative player resists....but if its one of them...you're completely safe...at least for my case.

My stats at lvl 78:

43k+ discharge at max charges
71.4% crit chance with no buffs/nothing
563% crit multiplier
6.5k es with discipline (taking es nodes at higher lvl so expecting 7.5k when I hit 85 ish)
max resists (running purity)

Btw...this is on domination


My suggestion...don't use rainbowstrides...I don't really see any perks on them...to be part of a core. I suggest boots like mine...high es with resists and movement speed..I think those are sufficient enough

I think you are right about boots. The same is true about weapon - possible to get a better rare.
