hey what if i can't get Voll's devotion is this build still good make .cause i can get the other items.

couple of questions:
1: Do you think the attack speed from the initial nodes are that important over the massive spell damage you can get with the near nodes? since most if not all of your dmg comes from the discharge spells... 2: Im already lvl 44 and im getting wrecked on act 3 cruel, mostly cuz my discharge is not proccing that much, my cast on crit aint quality and is only at 44% chance...Do you think that i should get a high quality one to make this build viable for lvling? 3: did you get a shield for lvling? or double dagger? 4: what combination are you using on CODT now, after the nerf? did you level CODT? or what lvl are the gems that are linked to it? " Voll's Devotion adds a significant amount of damage to the build. The build will still work but will do much less damage. " 1. Attack speed gives more attacks/sec which gives more crits/sec. This refills flasks faster on bosses, which is very important. It also provides some dps. 2. Roll a golden kris with transmutes/alterations to get a high local crit roll, which increases proc rate. Quality cast on crit does not help that much, a higher level one is more important. I leveled with this build from mid 40's onward. 3. Shield or dual wield works. If you haven't taken twin terrors + IR yet, use a shield. If you have, dual wield (hopefully get a prismatic eclipse). 4. Using for CODT. These setups are pretty much 100% customizable for what you want, though. Last edited by pabrt#4594 on Nov 16, 2013, 7:44:16 PM

thanks for answering all our questions mate :)
i got another one, Someone said that the crit from the offhand dagger didnt add to DS and Discharge, but my character detail IS showing a crit chance increase when i dual wield, i get 5% more crit when dual wielding even without twin terror |

Most daggers have an implicit global crit modifier (seen on krises for example) . That 80% is global, meaning it will apply to everything regardless of the fact that it's in your offhand.
Because of this, dual wielding can provide you lots of stats to your double strike from your offhand (global crit mods/twin terror, increased attack speed from dual wielding, global ias with prismatic eclipse) without you having to ever hit an enemy with that weapon. |

Here my video with my Scion lvl 53 - too low to have Twin Terrors still (soon).
Works fine - i have 2 Discharge : one with Cast on critical strike / one more with Item rarity / Quantity - The Docks in Cruel - - http://youtu.be/LTNBd9FXgKo - |

Interesting version of the build :)
Wanted to note I am back up above 4k life, as my most recent video was below that. I was using a ring with 0 life to cap resists (because of purity nerf), but I upgraded to and leveled so I got another % life node, so now I'm at 4.3k. Last edited by pabrt#4594 on Nov 17, 2013, 7:44:22 AM

Thank you for the build idea.
Working my way through merc and had some survivability issues but upgraded some gear and going well. I am using prismatic and the attack speed is insane in off hand.also I was using cwdt/icespear/gmp/LMP but switched to cold snap/pcoc and like the results. Anyways thanks for the work you put in Last edited by surly1#1567 on Nov 17, 2013, 10:12:19 AM

What do you guys think about my EndGame ES build?
