For people wanting to be a dualist with a similarish build, I think this works too:
It is missing one 8% life node, but picks up some dual wield block. I am just now around 32 with it and it is working good so far, though I understand that low of level doesn't mean much :) Oh, one thing I did different was only picking up dual wield talents and not sword talents, but that was just a preference thing, didn't want to be stuck with just sword if something went sideways. " I agree that the multiplier from the rapiers is a big bonus, but i dont think that one should be restricted to one of a kind weapon until he finds the ideal one for the certain build. What's your opinion on this, would this be a better tactic in conserving energy for finding specific weapons for a build until one finds the ideal weapon(rapier preferably)? " While the question was for Ceto, my 2c is that this is a sensible strategy, particularly if you are going to be trying to build this as your first character in OB (ie without the preexisting wealth to twink your character). I found (not bought) this 1H mace recently in legacy and I'd struggle to find many better elemental rapiers than this going around: Unavailable Petrov. Some items in this post are currently unavailable.

At what level or point in time is it safe to take blood magic?

Is there a reason you didn't take the Blood Drink passive for 2% physical damage lie leech? Seems like a nice node to get for this build.

Couldn't you do this build as a Marauder? You go all the way to the Marauder starting area, it'd just be the reverse.

This build is not crit based. I think with dual swords you never get crits. There are also not many accuracy nodes in this build. So why you dont just take RT?
