Sempuken, what should I expect to pay for a unique Onyx amulet?

sorry for late reply..I payed 1 exalt for mine, but it was awhile ago. Should be pretty cheap they are not super popular items.

I have a question.. Currently I have 2 5-linked items and I'm a bit confused about which gem combinations give the most dps.

This is my current setup:

4-Linked single target:
Double Strike / Multistrike / Melee Physical Damage / Blood Magic

I'm either thinking about using Faster Attacks or Added Fire Damage, but my currency / gear doesn't allow me to test it out (because of socket colors etc.)

So the question is:

which gem should I add as a 5th link on my single target attack? Added Fire Damage
or Faster Attacks?

I would go added fire, thats what I pick on my 5L ;however, I am sure theere are people that would say faster attacks if u wanna leech faster. Personally I find multistrike makes it fast enough.

I'm kind of hitting a wall at level 60 monsters. It's getting pretty sketchy. Farming hasn't really produced much gear for me, so I'll guess I'll have to use what little currency I do have to buy some stuff on the forums.
Here's my current ranger at lvl 74:

3800 life
5400 armor/41% physical resist w/o grace
9975/56%/76% w/ grace and w/ 5 charges
23000/90% with all that and granite.
75% all resists
~2,600 dps spec throw
~12,000 dps double strike (both w/ hatred)
92% chance to hit

Skilltree:

Gear:

With this setup I can finally reliably farm dominus without having to leave the map. The range on spectral throw and my base attack speed makes kiting him with leap slam and ST very doable. The main challenges have been 1) poor positioning with the lightning stream and exploding mobs, 2) running out of bleeding flask charges in the last phase, which is why I want a different prefix on it, 3) viper strike stacks from the 2nd phase miscreations.

The hardest maps to do is anything involving 50% life regen with 2 of either: physical reflect, extra damage/vulnerability, chaos damage.
I haven't run across a blood magic map yet. By itself it shouldn't be too bad, it even means I can get more damage by swapping out my BM gems.

I have one too many panicked flasks, so I'll eventually put more alts into getting some more versatile flasks, but I've got all the effects covered. I might add some specific topaz/amethyst/ruby/sapphire flasks as needed for tougher maps.

^ Nice stuff. I'm working on gearing up. Started farming Fellshrine Ruins yesterday, that's about as far as I'm willing to go into Act 3 Merciless without better gear.

I really like having the 1% extra regen. It's great against any kind of DoT or degen damage, and besides, 1/3.5 is 28% of all my life regen. I haven't done the math on whether 20% more life (the two efficient nodes in the center life wheel) would result in better scaling regen, so I'm sticking with that for now. Besides, not getting stunned a third of the time is pretty great too.

I'm level 70 and running Kripp's build. Only change I made on the advice from someone in this thread is replacing Molten Shell on CWDT with Enfeeble, that way Molten Shell can be leveled and used on its own.
