IIR cap on the ring is not accurate.

IN the post, a ring has +42% IIR and 5% increased cast speed(which does not apply to rings according to the compendium)

Maps started at level 60 and went as high as 69, this was changed to 66-75 then 76/77 were added

I just added the 2 new mods to the compendium.

Reduced Attribute Requirements

As far as I know, it can spawn on all types of items, except rings, amulets and belts.

Light Radius /+% Accuracy Rating

Now, I'm not sure. But since its an accuracy related mod, I guess it can spawn on accuracy-related items : rings, amulets, gloves, helmet and quiver.

Your data for added base physical damage (rings / amulets) is wrong. The "Gleaming" affix can't be level 39. It must be level 36 or lower, since it spawns on level 28 required rings for me all the time. Take this for example:

I'm a little confused on what the, "level" is. the highest level of ring I've seen on guides and such is 30, yet they have affixes that are well above that.

Additional All Attributes on Rings is 16, not 32.

Not sure about Amulets bet it seems to be 28, not 32 as well.
