I have a question on the skills. Should I go ahead and level frenzy and rain of arrows whenever they level up? Or should I just level them to a certain point and keep them there?

First i'd like to say thanks to VictorDoom for an awesome build.
This is my build as of now: I have about 570 dps unbuffed on my auto-attack right now. And im struggling with the content. Farming docks for example. I've done quite well in Fellshrine with Point blank specced because the mobs there are slow and easy to get around. Any suggestions? I mainly use Frenzy and RoA with Life on hit and Mana leech. |

Hi, thanks for the thread, it's pretty much naturally what i was speccing, and working great.
I'm curious thought, what good does heavy draw do? I specced it a bit early, without knowing what a "stun" is, and what 16% longer stuns do for me? Thanks, ps.: why not use debuffs on the enemy, like weakness to crit or weakness to projectiles? ign allevia

" You dont have to farm docks its too dangerous, only farm fellsrhine and City of Sarn areas. The conent is hard, do not gimp yourself, just farm stuff that are easy that way you dont lose xp on death, in merciless people usually farm City of Sarn area from act 3 until level 72 so they can complete the act. What are the pros/cons of this build, ust out of curiosity. Sry if its a stupid question
