Pros would be that you can get quite high damage now that physical has been buffed, thus you will get a lot of life and mana leech and it will be quite easy to sustain, its also very veyr fun critting enemies with a high crit chance makes stuff very easy sometimes, you will not have problems in maps with killing bosses with this crit chance and crit multiplier and the best part is that you dont need the diamond flask which has been removed and many builds used to rely upon. Another good pro is that it doesn't require too much flask managemnt since you leech both life and mana, so you can just relax with it and just have fun without havint to always stay completely focused and stressed that you might die, it also works pretty well in HC.

Cons would be the same as all builds, finding the necessary gear and supports for it to work best, you also have the con that if you dont pick up the nodes in the right order thats best for your gear you might find it hard to survive, thats why posted a bit of a guide, just go for life and eva nodes first, then damage, then crit, that way you wont have problems with survivability, always take life first, you will have enough damage from gear to kill mobs before you start getting the damage passives(mid-cruel id say). Another con would be that you do need a lot of rezistances on gear because as we all know the ranger area is kinda lacking in resistance nodes, but be sure to take them all!

Youre refering to Diamond Skin, its the blueish passive under the left frenzy charge (which is next to Leather and Steel) this passive grants a very useful 15% to all resistances

I barley made it to the end of act3 merciless :(

I wish I found this actual build before I started mine. I thought it would be close enough but I just got one shot a few times by a few mobs :(

Now dont be down, you can always start a new ranger and use my build OR you could use regret orbs and do the respec point quests to change it to this one, it shouldnt be too hard to get a hold of regrets, just try selling gear for them, people who dont use them are usualy happy to give them away for gear!

you can not use chain or fork with roa, the arrows already land in the ground so nothing happens, they cant chain or fork if they're stuck in the ground.

Thanks alot for sharing this build with us. It looks similar to what I had in mind. The only thing I can't decide is if it wouldn't be more effective if it got tweaked and added BM instead so you wouldnt have to worry about mana.

Any ideas?

No need to add BM, physical damage leeches back all the mana you need, also with BM you cant use % auras like haste and purity if you need them.
