Get a dagger/wand with spell damage and crit for spells.

Get life nodes + mana regen first, add auras then get the crit nodes.

Hey i wanna start a Nemesis EK Shadow.
Because its Nemesis i don't go Crit Nodes. It's more Tanky EK Shadow, Shadow just because i love Shadow and think its a strong start for EK. I read your witch guide, but wanna play Shadow.

I rly rly hope you can have a look on my tree, make it better maybe, gimme tips. And maybe on day write a HC EK Shadow guide, because there is no good one but i know so much guys who wanna play the EK Shadow in HC but don't rly know how.

I really like what the char final works, but I can't understand some things.
Can u help me to understand how exactly the power charges works?
And why u use EK instead other spell?

I'm trying this build in Nemesis, and I'm trying to undestand how exactly works, for some adaptations. Is really nice have a guide, but is more fun when we can applied some things ourselves for our own tastes :P

EK is a personal choice. Other spells will work just as well.
I like the fact that it does physical damage, most of the monsters in game are resistant to elemental damage so you are actually doing more damage to them since they are resisting less damage.

Also EK is an AOE spell by it self and it has the highest base damage of all spells, if am not mistaken.
Its drawback its is small range but personally I find it useful because you can actually see what you are hitting, which helps vs reflect.

The power charges add to your critical strike chance.
Each power charge adds 50% chance to crit on the spells base critical chance.
EK has a base critical chance of 5%. So 50% critical strike chance will add 2.5% chance to crit.
So 7 power charges will add a total of 17.5% which is huge.
