The only way to make a lottery not be a scam is to offer more than 30 exalted as prize. Anyone who gives fusing to a lottery with the jackpot of less than 30 is a COMPLETE MORON. Why are u giving fusing to someone else to win 10 exalteds when u can fuse ur own 6 socket and sell for 30 ex minimum?
