It looks to me like (from top to bottom):
Physical
Lightning
Chaos
Fire
Cold
The lightning finger is just arcing towards the physical thumb because it's made of metal. At least that's how it looks to me.
FaceLicker is correct, all damage types are present. There is also Puncture and other possible future DOTs represented by the wrist.

I think you just get to choose the frame, and the current default is the new one.
