It looks to me like (from top to bottom):
Physical
Lightning
Chaos
Fire
Cold

The lightning finger is just arcing towards the physical thumb because it's made of metal. At least that's how it looks to me.

Oddly enough.. this one is missing from the list.

The in game Necromancer model doesn't really fit with anything else in the game, it looks so weird.
