Latency spikes and disconnects

it's almost certainly a problem getting into the network layer network. I'd send a copy of the trace to your ISP and see what they can do about it. if they can't directly fix it, then they should be able to get to the people who can.
I live in Sweden and the problems is in Germany and/or Netherlands do you think my ISP can still do anything about that?
Latency spikes problem occurs for me too ...
Worked as charm till last night when out of no where ..POOF.. here take some lag.
Now i get my normal 60~70 ms latency spiking to 900 and back like hell..even occasional disconnects occur.
My net connection is fine and now i ma trying to reinstall the game..don't know what else i can do.

think the problem occurs (so far) only in chamber of sins level 2/3

not directly, but they can contact the carrier network to get it looked at. or you have to wait until GGG support gets a look at it and maybe does the same thing.

You're probably having problems somewhere in this area:
| l-eb2-i.L.DE.NET.DTAG.DE - 1 | 297 | 296 | 23 | 30 | 187 | 24 |
| 217.243.216.202 - 25 | 153 | 116 | 0 | 82 | 148 | 80 |

Again, you should contact your ISP and give them a copy of the trace so they can get the problem in latency and packet loss resolved.
I've investigated in the official german Telekom forums and indeed, the "Level 3" layer in Frankfurt causes trouble, not only for PoE but alot of online games at the moment. They are aware of this and are working on it (more or less).
It's nothing that GGG can change. I usualy have high ping during the day, it tet's better at the evening and at weekends. Here an current example of my WinMTR:

So what I'm seeing across the board is that there is packet loss starting at 217.243.216.202 which is still within the DTAG network. That is something that DTAG will need to be notified for and resolve. It's happening within their network, so they are the ones who will need to fix it.

That isn't to say there aren't other problems later on in Level3 or otherwise, but it's hard to tell when the network in front of it is having issues as well.

Good luck.
ok had some insane lag spikes during the last 5 hours and it still continues...
unplayable right now. Ping jumps between 20ms and over 500ms :/
