Latency spikes and disconnects

I'm having a lot of latency spikes today which makes the game unplayable and I've been disconnected over 5 times and it keeps happening.

same issues here

was roughly between 2am and 5am GMT+1 EU Gateway

connection was fine the last ~50min
ive been ideling in town and every second or so i get a ~350 spike and sometimes i get a ~700-900 spike
Same issue last 5 hours or so. Lag spikes up to 2 seconds and disconnects.

seems like there is an issue going from the carrier network into the Frankfurt network layer network.
it seems to have stopped for now, its been stable around 30-50 for a while.

maybe the Frankfurt network was overcaped by someone pushing out updates or something
lag spikes are back :(
its seems like there is 2 servers or paths i can connect through to the server.

1 works and the other is really unstable
