What makes a bow good?

Are you confident life > es for crit bow builds considering the existence of auxium and the absolutely broken vaal pact?

I actually know of one ES user with a nearly perfect 5 mod thicket going for 6.

armor = koams or 6l ass garb
bow = lions, voltaxic, rare thicket or other
