If I do switch back to frenzy as I do not have a kaoms what is the best combination for frenzy in a 5L for single target. Would this be frenzy + wed + pcoc + life leach + faster attacks? I guess my other option would be to possibly use culling strike instead of pcoc but I am not sure what makes the best sense.

Hmm just setup this build on my lvl 76 ranger and I found it to be somewhat painful. I went from a LA shock resolute technique ranger with a lot more +hp and regen nodes to this and it is definitely a very different play style.

My non crit ranger is iat 3400 HP and lots of regen but the ranger using this build is at around 2400hp and no regen so I need to be much more careful of what I am doing. The DPS is definitely higher I just don't know if it is worth it in the long run.
