" It's one of the first things we looked at when patch 1.1 dropped and the consensus is that taking that line is better then completely wasting a point on mana because without starting the right hand line attack speed in particular is completely crippled. How you rearrange your tree accordingly is up to you. |

You could just play your tree out as is until you get better equipment at which point you should be looking to change it anyways for more life/mitigation and less damage.

That 8.2k life... Can I ask what the tooltip dps on your atziri setup is? I need to have a benchmark for my own build before I attempt her So many strikes within one breath.
But only one strike needed, for certain death. |

w. hatred the tooltip dps reads slightly over 17k, the actual dps is, of course, >34k. as you can see, i have minor trouble clearing the adds with this sort of dps but it's acceptable.

some stuff i'd like to point out:
-it's good to, like, run melee damage on full life during the add phase; i would never try to do it this way vs uber with this weapon setup :) -flameblast is a big deal but not fatal once you reach a certain life pool; with proper mitigation (namely, flask) it basically should never kill you so you need not move out of the way of it -with 8293 life i have 2384.76 regeneration/second vs single target while attacking (leech+lgoh+passive regen); this is how i can situationally stand in the way of small flameblasts and 1-2 lightning strikes -i only have 30% movespeed in this vid and when i choose/need to i can easily evade via whirling blades/manual movement. more is not needed in my opinion. |

fun fact: with a tooltip cyclone of 7694 (15388 actual) you cannot clear the adds fast enough and atziri will therefore stay perpetually at 50% life after every add phase. i learned this by having forgotten to swap out my IIR and IIQ gems. hopefully this is useful information for somebody :) thankfully it didn't get me killed or anything but if you try this fight with around 15k, you will almost certainly fail. once i realized my error and swapped into damage gems she died very quickly.
