i dont like that belt either
the regens are really low, the armor is what i get from 2 or 3 points, the -x physical is too small, and the negative resists are too much, they should have been lower. The life is nice but its the same as on a rare belt, if the extra life mod (not implicit one) were double that of a rare it would have had a good reason for use that offset the negative, like kaoms soul mantle abyssus etc my take, hate me or rate me [quote="DirkAustin"]They can always make a loser league where Monsters do no damage and you one shot everything. the only thing that might save it is some creative ineraction with 'life regeneration applies to energy shield' keystone
maybe this belt regeneration would allow doing 'chaos damage maps' when playing hybrid builds? but - will buy it for 1-2gcp when it drops to that value. because - sadly - i agree that this -max drawback is INSANE and suicidal in end game maps |
