Oh man I now feel bad buying those open beta supporter packs after reading this. More likely, it feels so bad realizing that I have been experiencing these without actually noticing it since I really loved the game.

I hate to see this game die but the issues stated by the OP badly needs some fixing... especially RNG in crafting. I feel like it needs rethinking. Too much grinding in a grinding game is still too much.

Oh, and build of the week builds becoming flavor of the month totally diminishes diversity. People would not want to risk using other skills or not actually build one that does not spam a skill since there are only a handful of builds present that are end-game viable. I'm proud on myself for not taking CI or Dual Totems on any of my builds. :)

I have a similar experience to OP, but I played less. I wanted for some time to do this post =) You are right on everypoint, at least I totally agree on every points.

If you had the post about GGG paradoxs I think it totally sum up the actual state of POE.

All the problems you stressed are on the table since ..... the beggining of OB, while I've seen so many "new things" the core problems are still here, they even introduce new items which break even more the game balance ... I don't get it.

I'll see what will be the official release, but I'm pessimistic about all those flaws that are here since the beggining. How they gonna solve the lags ? So many months on it, no real solution and still one of the most laggy game in the popular games today, and lag in a "unforgiving" world doesn't work.

Not playing anymore until CI gets reverted.

Freemasonary really said it all. Thats why poe still sucks. I quit the game 3 months ago, I know many people say "ITS BETA DUDE GTFO", but thats only half the truth..

yeah its beta, but the game exists since more thant 3 years now, and the speed with that ggg is fixing the weaknesses of poe is just too slow for me.

either it takes years until poe becomes a REALLY good game, a legend like D2, or it does never happen. Id say it wont happen, because ggg just fails to deal with the biggest issues of the game right now.

the only only point you really cant blame ggg is RMT. RMT exists in every bigger game, and I think the leagues and ladders of poe punch RMT into the face, cause only few ppl want to pay for every league money again.

Would like to see some GGG comments on this post.

That's the worst advice you can give.Discovering a game and working out stuff for yourself will give you more gameplay value than using methods that skip game content.A game is for playing.
