[1.2.0] Dual Claws Are Cool

I Have tried to modify your build to make it more Nemesis friendly.

Currently at Level 46 One shoting everything in sight and around 30% life leech.Should be around 50% when i switch to my end game claws

If you have the Acrobatics passives, there's no reason to run Hyrri's Ire.

Well there are 2 reasons IMO 1/ it's very cheap because no one wants acrobatics (or at least acrobatics w/o the spell dodge and dodge nodes) 2/ it increased my evade chance by 10% (running 60% evade lvl 74 w/o grace or charges atm).
I will switch out of it when I find/buy some better gear. But you're right though, I probably shouldn't spend my currencies trying to 5L it, and keep them for a better stuff.

Change out your hat and gloves to ones with HP. Ditto belt, though you'd have to find a mana leech ring/amulet/gloves to compensate and that can be tricky.

HP is really not a problem right now, but I understand it will be in levels to come, so I'll try to anticipate on that aspect (22OOHP is low, I know, how much should I run by lvl 80 ?)

Hmm i dont understand the point, going for evasion and not for IR. I mean the only thing that kill us are 1hko. When we are taking evasion and evade the most hits, but one big hit will come through -> maybe thats the 1hko, and we are dead...
Instead we are taking IR and evade nothing, but get only less dmg from that hit that maybe kill us, we survive. And that "less damage hits" whichever come through should not be the problem, because we leech us from 10% life up to 100% in less then a sec...

These are my thoughts, maybe they are wrong and i dont get it, then plz correct me ^^

So yes right then! But the one hit that kills you is one thing. The other are the 9 other that didnt get you. So whats up, when you skip evasion and alomst evry 1,3 hit you then?

Besides you can grab some eva/arm nodes!

Let me rephrase that. If you have the Acrobatics keystone, the Acrobatics on Ire does nothing. If it increased your displayed evade chance, that's because it has like 1k ev on it or something. Any rare with similar ev will give you the same result. And it'll probably have HP on it too. Win/win situation!

22OOHP is low, I know, how much should I run by lvl 80 ?

I've run maps with as little as 2.5k using MF gear without HP, but you should be able to get 3-3.5k easily.

@Wilmots, leave it alone already. IR is a viable way to play this build, okay? I understand that you prefer straight EV, I like EV too, but that doesn't make IR bad. If it was unviable, I wouldn't have listed it in the OP. And who is to say "better" or "worse"? That depends more on available gear than anything else.

Your way of thinking is quite right. With sufficient HP stacking, I don't get 1HKOed, and then the question becomes academic and whether you want to take AR or EV is a matter of personal preference and available gear.

I will point out, however, that you always have a 5% base chance-to-evade. In addition, Blind directly affects chance-to-hit, and it stacks with IR. Blind is incredibly powerful. Just a note.

I shall rephrase in turn :
I know the acrobatics on Hyrri doesn't do anything else than what I already have. It's just the highest Ev unique there is, and it cost me 4c. Where as my 5L was giving me less than half it's evade, hence a neat upgrade in evasion chance, which is good =)
A good rare with that roll would cost me more, expecially if I want HP and res on it. But that's on my upgrade list, up there with belt, gloves and hat.

Was this build nerfed with 1.0.2? my dps seems to have skyplummeted overnight.

It appears that instead of displaying DPS, the tooltip now displays the average damage per hit (unfortunately the wording of the tooltip has not changed which leads to confusion). Nothing has changed functionally, just the display. Seeing smaller numbers makes me sad now :(

Yeah, did some actual killing rather than just looking at the dps like a lazy sod, damage is the same, but the lack of high numbers is just depressing.
