I got them, I dont use them anymore! Im Lvl 71 now and skipped all, that doesnt give benefits to survivability! Means i grabbed loads of dualwield-block nodes, even in the down left circle. Im running evasion as high as possible to avoid attacks, means i grabbed eva/lifenodes too!

Im running all them attacks on BM to run grace and hatred. Picked acrobatics in combination with ondals.

Concerning the boots, i appreciate double high or tripple eleresists boots with life! I have no use for 30 % chance on frenzy charges, when my char is dead.

question of the day, ima ask it and idgaf if it was asked before because I don't want to flip through 25 pages of questions lol, this a noob friendly build? I ask as people I know what to play shadow but don't have a plethora of uniques.
Yes it is noob friendly. I played pretty much self found until 60 and started the game with nothing. You don't need any uniques to make this work.
Nice build, started PoE recently, and rolled a dual claw Shadow :)

Was wondering, what would you suggest for equipment, more armor or evasion or both? Also, what about evasion and similar nodes in passive skill tree? Sorry if someone asked already :D
Loving this build. Currently lvl 55 on to dominus in cruel. I'm close to making the dex node run over to the Duelist area. Can't wait for some of those nodes lucky duelists get so close.

First off, thanks a lot for the guide; currently lvl 46 in Cruel and loving the playstyle!

I had a question regarding Master of the Arena. As far as I know the +2 range does not apply to Melee Splash; consequently, if I'm running Dual Strike with splash would the additional range simply allow me to reach the first mob from slightly further away?

Essentially, is it really worth taking with the Dual Strike setup as the overall radius of the splash would not change?

yeah if you ever reach 90 that's valid, though skip US if you get a Rain because that keystone is practically mortal enemies with Blind.

Why don't we go for Swagger, Arm Wrestling and Fencing instead and use those 4 points locally?
There seems to be little at duelist that you can't get from ranger area already at this point.

hmm, maybe there is something from duelist that makes the trip worth it, I can't see it yet.

primarily 3 reasons: dual wield block, master of the arena, HP and regen nodes. Also that one last frenzy charge. You are free to stay within ranger area if you so wish, of course.


Is Master of the Arena really that useful? I stopped at at acceleration, looking to go for some more crit chance/mults.

Well evasion is good.The issue here is, you will get hit even with high evasion! I.E. it will hurt so much if you havent got at least lets say 1k armor. Me myself and I are going to spend some points in armour/eva nodes from the duellist tree (Leather and Steel)!
