Doing 66-72 maps solo and with my brother. Also just picked up a 9q LS gem and the pierce is helping out a lot as well.

The reason blood magic doesn't work for you:

You have shit all for health nodes.
You have waay too much spec into offensive nodes - for ANY hardcore build.
Blood magic is best used when you want to completely eliminate your "mana problems" - at the draw back of not being able to use Reservation Aura %.
Blood Magic : Consider it only useful when your aweful at mana management and your spells/attacks cost upwards of 50 mps.
Taking a step back and looking at the build, it's stupid - Why would you waste so many nodes in blocking when it doesn't do anything for you other than block (as opposed to getting more out of it).
Why would you go blood magic and use pure STR (Armor - Near useless defense) equipment when you have huge potential for ES/ARM nodes kicking around your start zone? ES/Armor & ES/Evasion are far superior in terms of EHP. Making use of templars good amount of armor and ES in conjunction with Zealot's Oath (See OP for reasoning) is far more point efficient than going on a X point pilgrimage that won't affect you much.
Also, 150~% Max life? In Hardcore? Get out, especially with a 110+ Point build. My Original posted build uses 89 (90?), which I think is too much for a build. Mine also provides both - More damage, Better Mana management, LOTS more life, more defensive nodes and all the skills synergize with each other to provide a rather large damage boost (shock stacks - Tempest Shield)

a few things:

-even with clarity lvl 5 - when i put back increased aoe for wrath & clarity, i get 70 mana pool left (max), and my regen is low, 45~. so unless i put it in a 5L piece (which with LS, obviously, i cant, i will never have room for Blood Magic).

-with the setup i had before (i had about 98 mana pool - just enough for all my skills), and regen was so fast that i could spam what i want, whenever i want and NEVER run out of mana. so there was no waiting time between skills.

-i don't understand what you meant about tempest shield, it IS a %mana based skill, and not actual mana, so taking 25% of my HP is MUCH more than 25% of my mana, seems more hurt than benefit.

-My current setup:
3L Sceptre (RBR) - 3 junk skills - Leap Slam, Conductivity\Elemental Weakness, Enduring Cry.
4L Head (RBRB) - Spell Totem 16, Shock Nova 13, Recuded Mana 14 (Will be replaced with KnockBack when i get one, Elemental Proliferation 16.
3L Shield (RRB) - 3 junk skills (for exp & occasional use) - Dominating Blow 9% 15, Shield Charge 6, Increased AoE 5.
4L Chest (RGRR) - Meelee Phys Dmg 16, [Mana Leech 1\Faster attacks 13% 1\LMP 1] need to decide which one to use, Weap Ele DMG 16, LS 16.
4L Gloves (BRBR) - Tempest Shield 16, Iron Will 16, Elemental Proliferation 13*, Reduced Mana 16.
4L Boots (BBRB) - Wrath 15, Increased AoE 10*,Reduced Mana 15, Clarity 5\13**.

*With the Increased AoE gem on boots and Elemental Proliferation on Hands I get almost no mana left (79 max free), and as you can see i got high lvl Reduced Mana on every high mana skill.

**With this setup, i have 46.6 Mana\sec, If i put Clarity 13 and remove Increased AoE from boots and Elemental Proliferation from Hands, i get 98 mana free (just enough for my highest mana skill) with 76.2 Mana\sec, NEVER RUN OUT OF MANA this way.

so you see my problem, I can't use all the above mentioned support skills, no matter how I try it.

-I also have 2% Phys atk dmg leeched back as mana on gloves (+mana leech if i can combine it in my setup)

-And last thing, about gearing:
Should ALL my items be STR\INT?
My current chest is pure str (dropped with green socket), i used about 100~ chromatics on a STR\INT i've found and did not get a green socket combo yet.
I also bought Crest of Penderus and frankly, it kinda messed up my build, my shield has alot of armor and TONS of resistances, is losing all that worth 16% block?

Am I doing anything wrong?

INT: 142 (After Items)
STR: 290 (After Items)
DEX: 65 (After Items)
all res: 80% (beside chaos -20%)
chance to block: 44% with tempest shield (w\o crest of pen)(had to take a few % off for mana nodes)

I'd love some help organizing my gear and gems...
