I wouldn't worry so much about gears. You main problem now is the skill tree. With 10 points, the best u can get to are the 3 Weapon Elemental Damage nodes (10% each) at the center of the skilltree. Personally, I feel that will leave you neither here nor there. The good stuffs like Catalyst (30%), Inner Force (boost your elemental auras), Berserking and Blood Magic (If you intend to take) are pretty far away. From your gears, I believe you can prob afford enough Regrets. Consider if you want to do a overhaul

One thing I'm curious about. Since you are Phy and Crit build now. What is your crit rate and Accuracy for Rain of Arrows and Frenzy?

Since LA is doing converted damage from Physical, and seeing I do a lot of Physical damage, would that in any way offset some nodes that I can't reach in 10 Regrets? :D I'm hoping it will, in case I don't like being an Ele ranger I can respec to Physical again :P

I've never tried a full physical bow before. But what exactly are you looking at to compare?

1) Damage wise? I'm sure once you spec your skilltree properly, damage is not an issue.
2) Gameplay? You can go ahead and try out LA and see if you like hitting things out of screen.

My take is if you have Blackgleam (30-50% of Physical Damage converted to Fire Damage), you will see how elemental damage can scale provided you take the Elemental Damage Nodes. But this is just my Theory Crafting since I was never in your situation. =)

PS: With so much popularity, I'm sure you will not regret going Elemental. I've heard that Bosses' armor has no cap but elemental resist has a cap. But that's maths.

I've just tried LA. Man it's OP... Lvl 10 LA + LMP + Faster Projectiles + Faster Attacks + Inc Crit Strikes + Life Gain on Hit. Not a single % Elemental node or gear. 3.2k on LA. Not "a lot" compared to my Rain of Arrows, but man it's way more effective...
