I run Conductivity as curse because of the lightning resist decrease, but not all my damage is lightning ofc, so it is not optimal.
Was thinking about switching with Projectile Weakness because of the +projectile damage, but the question here is: Does it only increase the physical damage of the projectile? If, well, that will hardly help because I do very little phys damage.

Maybe some of you have an idea how to deal with ele res mobs, it really is a huge problem for me. And considering that there is no such mob with phys res as armor is weak I feel treated unfair.
"More damage" or "better gear" does not do it for me, since I know well better equip players who do like 2.5k LA damage and still struggle.

Iron grip increases the physical dmg of your projectiles, not the projectile dmg itself.
With this build you'll be going for +elemental dmg in equipment, passive skill tree and skills themselves like auras and elemental hit. That means the majority of your damage does not come from your physical damage which is the only thing Iron Grip increases.
