I've gone through all of the difficulty levels in the current alpha with around five different characters. One of the cool things about being in an alpha like this is all of the best names aren't taken yet. I have Conan, Subotai, and Valeria. Pwnd!

I don't know for how many hours I've played the game anymore, but since I was 55 hours in when I first started this thread, it has to be well over 100 now. So, obviously I'm eagerly anticipating the next big update to the realm.

As a change of pace I made a character who I decided can not ever open the stash (no sweet loot for him!). It's a duel-sword wielding Duelist. I've made it to Ruthless, but it's tough. I need some drops! A higher tier of sword (rare of course) and a Multiple Attacks support gem would do...

Ruthless is currently the 3rd difficulty. I'm using the same swords I had when I beat Cruel, and I'm pretty sure the swords I had weren't even the highest tier of swords for Cruel. So I could use an upgrade is all. They don't need to be rare, normal would do, and I could just use some currency items on them.

Are you finding any bugs or does the game seem pretty cleaned up?

hey oasis, is the current alpha more like a real game or with extra exp, droprate etc. for faster results?

I run Win7 on a Mac Book Pro that's got an i7, 8GB of RAM, and a NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M (with 512 RAM).

So it's a pretty good machine and the game runs fine on it of course.

You find bugs from time to time. Most of the ones I found the devs already knew about and I assume are part of that bug countdown in Chris's posts.

Since there are game mechanics that aren't in the alpha yet, you can't really say the alpha is like the finished product. As far as extra exp/droprates for faster results, I'm not really sure. I doubt it I guess, as that would skew feedback on how difficult the game is.

How's the game pace?
Especially later on.

Can you change your field of view or rather camera look/perspective.
I kinda don't like the way it is set in gameplay videos (pretty too narrow especially 'below' your character).
I wonder if player could extend/change it to some extent.

its isometric, you cant change the perspective etc. (you could get advantages if you can change the perspective, in a isom. everyone have the same sights)
