I tried this new passive tree, can you guys check it out and tell me what you think about it ? Not sure how "Elemental dmg" passives works though. If it will increase dmg for all your ele dmg including auras i will keep those 3x 10% ele dmg, otherwise I will use those points elsewhere. Anyway I went for 6 frenzy charges in this tree for nice asp boost and kept life as high as possible (286%) and there are still 5x 6% life nodes in scion life wheel left to take just incase someone is in need of more life. But this tree should provide enough life.

Revised duelist passive tree has been posted. Not much has changed, just some pathing in the templar tree to allow the build to pick up Elemental Adaptation, which I consider to be one of the most important passives for any build that can reach it. I had to drop the 24% projectile damage in the ranger tree to get it though. Since the Scion life nodes have been nerfed, you may want to drop 3 of those life nodes and pick up 3 projectile damage nodes instead. I'd only recommend that if your dps is below 3.5k.

The ranger version and skill point progression will be coming later. I'll have them up tonight if I get out of work at a decent hour!

Indeed my friend. You have a lot more dps passives! That is a good looking build as long as you don't plan to use it in Invasion. But you dropped a lot of survivability passives to get that extra dps. Looks like you dropped about 11 life nodes (I deducted the two you picked up in Shadow tree) as well as Elemental Adaptation. You're definitely going to feel the sting of not having EA when you do elemental reflect maps. All in all, this build has always been meant to be a bit on the tanky side. It's not one of those crazy dps builds. It's purpose is to provide a means to run maps safely yet effectively. I originally made this build with the intention of not dying in mind, and posted it here as a hardcore friendly build, which I think it is.

I still think it's worth getting Berserking instead of three 8% WED nodes. If someone would like to test the difference in dps, that would be a great help. Berserking provides 4.5% attack speed per point since the nerf (18% IAS / 4 points). So it'll probably be a close thing.

How viable do you think it would be to forego the lifegain on hit gem, and instead rolling with vaal pact and a sizeable amount of lifeleech on gear? You would be gaining a lot of damage in the form of a freed up support gem on your damage skills.
