Truth to be told only one build could keep up with this in terms of Lunaris farming. This LA build. He's running 3 mirrored items and some of the best items available (for his build), putting his net-worth for that character alone to well over 200ex.

His MF is 150/300 (before flask), overall that is a total MF of 10. Better than what we run but that has its price.. :)

Edit: And even then, I got 129/290 (before flask) so that's not so bad either.

It all boils down to what's the purpose of your farming.

If it's XP, then you have to spend your currency to gear a build that can do maps, if it's just the loot, then farming Lunaris 2+3 is the way to go since, except for Auxium, you can find each and every valuable unique in there with just a smal percentage of the effort and risk involved in doing maps.

I can clear Lunaris 2 + 3 pretty quickly even if my gear isn't even close to what Cloud and Juan have, but that'll come with time and patience!

Actually your gear is very close to what I have (Clouds is much better than mine). Don't go for a mirrored shield. The extra spell damage is nice on paper, however I've died to reflect quite a few times recently at 71k dps. I curse all groups, run towards it, see the reflect aura and while right clicking (discharge) I realize my mistake and see the death screen. That is with the extra endurance charge from bandits, mind you.

The biggest downside of this build (and that sadly is why lightning is so OP in this game [spark, LA] for MF) is that sometimes you kill enemies with burning damage and don't benefit from your IIQ+IIR gem (which don't apply to DOT [damage over time]). That's a loss of 30% of my IIQ and about 20% of my IIR.

I hope GGG fix that for v1.0 so that this build reaches its full potential.

Really an amazing build, I'll most likely give this a try with Scion in Domination, else I play sporker again. Standard has become too boring but I'll keep all my items.

Gear:



Used my boots and offhand to level gems, same goes for FP on my wand. Wanted to eternal-regal that ring at some point but never got to it and honestly it's not worth it either. Same goes for getting a better void battery or helmet.

By the way Cloud.. you're making a ton of exalts without playing the game, lol. Mirrors are shooting up in price.

Thanks for posting this build its a lot of fun discharge is awesome. Im running a significantly cheaper version but it works. i just need to farm more items and ill be able to get some of the items listed here.

Is this gonna be playable after 1.0 or completely useless (with templar)? Any thoughts on this?

Hard to answer. You can't go through the middle any longer so that US build can only be played as Scion now and possibly requires more skill points, so try level 90+. The chayula build might be nerfed as auras will be percentage-based soon, however if we're lucky, less auras overall will be needed and it could still be done.

I'll reroll a Scion in Domination. :)

That guys build needed to be shared around a lot more! Would show the dim-witted people that it's not only sporks who are capable of MF lol, you just need time and effort :P

i wanna reroll this build but im not sure about if it will be useless on 1.0 :/
