As long as it works for you, it's viable. The thing with LS though is that you can use LMP and have the same area coverage as a GMP-ed ST, with the ST dealing less projectile damage compared to LS. LS being half elemental as well helps alot vs physical reflect

Heya i think im starting to get a tiny bit of this build true potential and im having a good time with it, despite the fact i still die pretty often.Wish i could get tips on what equips to pursue next as i am finding harder and harder to save currency for better equipment and staying alive not to lose hard earned xp. not sure if my passives are being used wisely too.

your passives look alright in general. you may want to respec and adjust/refine your skill tree later on though depending on your gear.

In terms of gear you'll def want to get a better ES chest. you'll always be on low mana either way, and receiving 100% incr. spell damage won't be a good thing. your shield, helm and belt all need urgent upgrades in terms of ES, followed by your dagger, then your boots and jewellery.

Just keep CWDT leveled to something reasonable like 5 or so will suffice.

I know this build is for the shadow, but I'm curious as to what you think the ideal build would be for the Scion (Softcore), considering she is much closer to Unwavering Stance and Vaal Pact.

And asking that, do you think she is a better choice if going CI Crit Dagger, or do you think the Shadow is still best?

Oh, I ended up editing my build in a way to purposely make sure that scion wouldn't be able to replicate it to the letter, at least not as efficiently.

If you want to follow my build to the letter - the shadow is better.

If you want a SC scion version, here's one I came up with which is quite alright. I haven't compared the details yet, but this should have more crit multiplier, albeit less ES.


I think shadow might be due some buffs soon - so if i were you, I'd just build shadow first and make use of the free respec (if there is one) to switch to CI later on without having to spend respec points.

What's your ES at the moment?

I have a strong suspicion that your feeling weak is due to your getting stunned very often. I think you will feel much stronger once you get unwavering stance.

Edit: also, I would remove PCOC from double strike and use melee damage on full life instead. I would also remove multistrike from PCOC and use melee damage on full life as well.

I have 4264 ES without any aura, I feel I leech my es back really slow ( even with blood rage). One more question, what do you think about using multistrike on double strike instead of faster attack? Thank you so much for your answers. I really appreciate it!
