Nevermind all of this, found another Reduced Mana on my Templar. If you have a mirror then you can mirror my chest for free. Spoiler It's not complete it needs 3 exalted orbs added onto it. But the important rolls are there. The chances of getting 6 link with perfect rolls is tiny, the chance of getting perfect rolls is tiny but personally I prefer to craft from the base up, aka a white>Blue>Yellow>Exalt and I have had more success with that then just spamming alch/chaos on yellows. I think the consensus is 'the later the better' you want at least a couple thousand shield before switching over. The recommendation in the original writeup is act 2 merciless, but with the abundance of high HP gear out there now, I'll likely be waiting longer. Well they are both good in their own way but i think from scratch is a bit more reliable, but expensive. You could alch a lvl70 ES chest and get say 60% and +60 shields and it would be okie, or you can go from scratch, burn 200ish alts to get +100% and a resist and then Regal it and get nothing good. It's a hard one and both require high amounts of luck either way.
