I'd like to see, say, 3-4 skill bars that you could scroll through. It doesn't create the imbalance that having 8 keys might, but would let you have your auras on a bar and maybe 1-2 different key configurations depending on what you're doing.

I think it would be practical and useful, especially when the devs turn their attention to PvP because some aura heavy builds are obviously at a big disadvantage.

One issue would be how the game decides cast order, also being interrupted while casting would break the chain (which it rightly should) so you would have to be recasting whatever was first to get to the interrupted skill(s) in the chain.

Would this make for something too OP, or possibly make things too trivial and even more '1 clickey' than they are currently?

eg. on a 6L: Multicast-IncreasedAoE-EnduringCry-EnduringCry-Flammability-Discharge = 1 click and BOOM?

Just throwing it out there as personally I am happy with the current slot arrangemet although having 1 or 2 more might be a nice bonus.

I am thinking of 2 things:

1) Make an opposite key to "SHIFT" ( pushed = attack ), which when pushed you would walk. As a replacement to the slot " Walk only "

2) Make the ALL THE SKILL SLOTS switch when you switch a weapon( i guess it's impossible because each skill is binded to a slot and if you switch you will obviousely the same chest and therefore the slot will not change, but it would be an improvement if it happens!

I know it can be useful, hell sometimes I do it myself...

BUT!

Using multiples of the same gem (eg 3x enduring cry or some trap) to get around timers, then complaining about the skillbar being too small is equivalent to saying "I liek to abuse mechanics, plz make them more abusable".
I am not the only one complaining about the skill slot for "move only" though ^^

I agree, it's a bit silly. Enduring Cry has a timer - the price you pay to get around that timer, is using up skill slots. If you'd do better having a different skill there instead, you use a different skill. There's a limit for a reason, and it's so you have to make choices... not so you can have a skill bar that stretches all the way across your screen with every skill in the game available at your fingertips 24-7.

There probably *are* builds that suffer more than others from this restriction, but I somehow doubt 3x Enduring Cry is one of them.
