OK the problem was that the total was automatically adjusted and I thought it was $10 instead of $30, so I don't qualify for the supporter pack. If anyone else is as dumb as me, now you know why it won't work.

If you click upgrade then the price is the difference between what you want to upgrade from and the supporter packs cost.
You can go to shop -> purchase and you can see what the full price for each supporter pack is.
I hope this helps everyone who has questions about upgrading a single point pack to a supporter pack.

Email support@grindinggear.com for help with this. Multiple purchase upgrades need to be handled through them. They have a backlog of about 500 emails or so but they will get back to you.

It's an illusion. ;-) Everybody got the same letter (with small variations). If you got it today, then the "memebers who are not currently in the office" have not come to work for 3 days already. Fire them Chris! Fire them! xD :P

I think it's just because it was night in New Zealand :)
It's now 10:28 AM, so I bet they are already powering through all those requests for us. Just like they did yesterday. ;)
