" it changes the entire landscape of hardcore. If loot tension wasnt a thing, almost certainly hardcore would have had the first max level character. It changes the entire game, makes it less competitive, and makes the whole thing feel more happy happy joy joy. I would love to say something here about D3 rainbow and teddy bear map that was derogatory, but that is in fact my favortie thing about d3, the game was already cartoony and a bit silly, so it was actually pretty awsome to have daisies and unicorns one shotting people. But ya, this is more akin to what you would expect in a game with 'super fair nobody gets ninja'd, lets hold hands' loot system. Hey...is this thing on? " Lol, go ahead with that crusade and create a situation where nobody will want to party with you. They are YOUR dps, in your 'painful negative resistance, no lifepool, no damage, high IIR/Q build'. Unbelievable, blinkered approach, dude. Casually casual.

" I am one of those people and I know and have seen plenty as I have posted more in the looting thread than perhaps any other player in PoE. I have seen many many comments and I have met many players in there. So I believe I have basis for my claim. Standard Forever

" well, it can split the playerbase. and only by having the option it can change the mindset of players. it's like having the option to go on easy in a game or not to have the option. if you don't have the option the gamer will have to brave through the content with iron will but with the option to go easy there is always this little man in the back of your head that tells you 'if it's too hard you can always go easy mode'. btw. i am most certain that game developers have an idea of how they want gamers to percieve/play the game they make. having many options can delute this so much that the game experience gets wishy washy. “Demons run when a good man goes to war"

I like having options like this :)
Probably still gonna use the current system the most, but in public games I'm gonna love the new stuff! Ambush IGN: Kvazzminions | EKvazz

considering the clutter of items, will we be able to disable other peoples items so we dont even see them greyed out if we have the permanent allocated system?
I havent played that much with a full party, I prefer 4ish people in a party but there are still a shit load of items on the ground. Would be annoying with all the greyed out items everywhere taking up loot space. Its always in the last place you look Last edited by Verb#6765 on May 24, 2013, 2:55:59 AM
